Transforming the city of Erie’s downtown core and sparking revitalization across the region.

The Erie Downtown Development Corporation, also known as the EDDC, is a local development company helping to restore downtown Erie, PA one block at a time. Erie Insurance is a major contributor to downtown Erie so I was tasked with assisting the EDDC in developing a document that would assist the team in enticing investments in their projects. This piece won a GDUSA Inhouse Design award.
